Yoga and Wine Tasting at Savannah-Chanelle
What could be better than an energizing outdoor yoga session followed by wine tasting on a sunny Saturday morning?!
Every 2nd Saturday of each month, Savannah-Chanelle Vineyards, in collaboration with yoga instructor Christina Gavin (www.thebalancingyogi.com), will be holding a one-hour yoga session and wine tasting combination. Beginning at 11am, Christina will take you through an empowering 1-hour yoga course (similar to power or vinyasa style) outdoors in the fresh morning air on the grass of our beautiful villa grounds. Afterward, you're invited down to our tasting room for a tasting of 5 delicious wines on the tasting menu!
Plan to bring a yoga mat, towel, and water for the yoga session. Dress in loose clothing or exercise/yoga gear. Should you want to make a day of it, you're welcome to bring a picnic lunch and relax on the grounds at Savannah-Chanelle for the afternoon! The tasting room does have water and snacks for sale, but encourage you to bring whatever you may need for both the yoga session and afterward.
