Picnic Reservation Information
Picnic tables are available to reserve between 11AM and 4PM. Table reservations are taken for groups of 6 or more guests. There is a non-refundable $20 reservation fee per table along with 1/2 bottle of wine minimum purchase per person. Groups must be cleaning up at 4PM to be off the property at closing. A credit card number must be given at the time of reservation to process the reservation fee.
THERE IS NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY.
Picnic Table Locations
Our most popular Picnic Table location is on the Villa Grounds located next to the Zinfandel vines with a sweeping view of the Santa Clara Valley and the Redwood forest. This is a GREAT spot to picnic year-round and especially during our summer concert series as they are our “front row seats”. Each table seats up to 8 people and reservations are highly encouraged on weekends.
Located outside the Tasting Room we have four picnic tables which are first come first serve.
Pinot Hill has four picnic tables and umbrellas that offers you a amazing view of the Villa Monmartre and the grounds with the Santa Cruz Mountains to the right which are first come first serve.
For the ultimate shade and serenity guests can head down to the Redwood Grove. We have five picnic tables in the center of the redwood forest and one along the creek that runs year round on the property.
A great option for a large party picnics is our Villa Patio. It is a semi-private area with a view of our sweeping chardonnay vines. It can comfortably fit parties of up to 35 guests. Our Villa Patio features one large concrete table great for picnic food and 8 smaller bistro tables for guests to mix and mingle at. We rent our Villa Patio for $250 (from 12pm-4:30pm) plus a 1/2 bottle of wine minimum purchase per person. There is a $100 deposit which goes towards your rental charge then we process the rest of your fee, the day of the event.
Tasting Room Reservations for Private Parties
Another great options for large parties and events is our tasting room, which can be reserved after regular tasting room hours. We are also able to open our tasting room for private events after hours. The cost to rent the tasting room is $500 for the first 2 hours (6-8pm), and then $200 per hour after 8pm, with an event cut off of 10pm. We would also charge separately for wine purchased.
For larger parties that reserve our villa patio or tasting room for events, we have a one-week cancellation policy. To reserve the villa patio or tasting room, we ask for a $100 deposit to confirm the booking. If you cancel 7 days or sooner before your event, you will not receive a refund on your deposit
