This 2017 Monterey County Chardonnay is showing lots of crisp golden delicious apples with overtones of pear and pineapple. It follows through on the mid palate with a creaminess often associated with fine Champagne, and finishes with butterscotch and vanilla due to the completion of M-L and the use of French oak.
