2012 Pinot Noir, Santa Cruz Mountains

This 2012 vintage shows great complexity which is derived from all of the five pinot vineyards we have the honour to work with. True pinot black cherry fruit, undertones of blackberries, flinty minerality, subtle floral hints with racy spicy notes are all in abundance in the nose and on the palate.

As we fine tune our focus on the Santa Cruz Mountains AVA, we are able to bring more vineyards into the mix. This gives us a larger palate and more colours to play with. This 2012 offering includes: the Estate Vineyard, Regan Vineyard, Coastgrade Vineyard, and the Muns Vineyard. There is also a small addition of the Tondre Grapefield from the Santa Lucia Highlands for added complexity.
